Spend the night with a private buyout of Kenai Fjords Wilderness Lodge (2-night minimum, 16 guests only).

Terms & Conditions

  • All prices are per guest, a service charge and a Remote Destination Fee will be added to the final bill.
  • Prices and menu items are subject to change at any time.
  • Customized Chef menus are available.
  • Group meals are catered in private venue spaces, which have a separate fee to reserve.
  • Buffets are designed for twenty or more guests with service up to ninety minutes.
  • Maximum guest count for plated dinner service is 125 guests.
  • Glassware may be rented through Pursuit's preferred vendor for an additional fee, or the couple may supply their own glassware at their own cost and responsibility.
  • Supply Boat Shuttle Fee: An additional fee applies for each round-trip boat shuttle required for supply transport from Seward to Fox Island.
  • 30 Days Before the Date of Service:
    • Final headcounts and meal selections are due to events@sewardwindsonglodge.com.
    • Final payment is due.
    • Cancellations 30 days or less prior to date of service are nonrefundable.
